Epic Cleaners did brilliant work but competed in a market where most people search, book, and never think about it again. They relied on leaflets and word of mouth, had no way to take a booking online, and were invisible in local search next to national franchises with big ad budgets. Good cleaners, quiet phone.
In cleaning, the sale is trust and speed. Everything on the site had to earn both, fast.”
