Epic Barber

Numbers we can stand behind.
The challenge.
Epic Barber had the reputation and the weekend queue, but the business lived and died on walk-ins. Midweek was quiet, there was no way to book online, and anyone searching "barber woking" found the chains first. A great shave nobody could find at two on a Tuesday.
The weekend was never the problem. We built the site to win the quiet Tuesday.”
What we did.
We gave the shop a storefront that matched the room: dark, sharp, editorial. Then we removed every reason to walk past by making the shop findable and the booking a single tap, especially for the midweek slots that were bleeding money.
- 01
A dark, editorial storefront
A website with the same energy as the shop, built to convert a curious searcher into a booked chair, with the barbers, the services and the prices doing the selling.
- 02
Local SEO for the high street
We took ownership of "barber woking", "skin fade near me" and "hot towel shave woking", and rebuilt the Google Business Profile into a proper shopfront.
- 03
One-tap Booksy booking
A frictionless booking flow wired across the site, profile and social, so a first-timer can book in seconds and get a reminder they actually turn up to.
- 04
Content and reviews on autopilot
A cut-by-cut content and review system that keeps the feed fresh and the star rating climbing, which is what wins the next new client.
“Midweek used to be dead. Now Tuesday and Wednesday book up like the weekend. New clients find us online, book themselves in, and actually show up because of the reminders.”
Where it landed.
Online bookings nearly doubled, new clients found the shop through search, and the midweek chairs that used to sit empty now fill themselves.
