Is Novrex remote or in-office?

We are remote-first and Surrey-rooted. The work, from strategy to build to reporting, happens just as well over a call, and we meet in person across Surrey when it genuinely helps. We hire for the best person, not the closest one.

Do I need agency experience?

Not necessarily. We care more about craft, ownership and proof that you can ship work that produces results. If you have built something that worked, in-house, freelance or at an agency, we want to see it.

There's no role listed for what I do. Should I still apply?

Yes. We hire when we meet someone exceptional, not only when a vacancy is posted. If you are strong in one of the disciplines we work in and you like how we operate, send us your work and tell us what you would own.
